"My wife and I have been with the same insurance company for our home and auto for the last 10 years. We just received a significant rate increase, and while reviewing the new policy, also found that we were significantly under covered. We got bids from 6 companies. Not only did State Farm come back with the lowest rate, but Samantha (Bethany's office manager) followed up twice, and then spent a half hour going through questions we had on the quote. Obviously, we were looking for a good rate, but thoroughness, and care are equally important to us, and we feel great about all three with Bethany and Sam."
